The Norms are a family of three siblings who share a house together: Charlie, Damien and Jon.
Charlie
Charlie is the youngest member of the family. She and her brother Damien grew up together, but after their parents are killed, she struggles to take care of him on her own. But all this changes after they meet Jon, the long lost third sibling, who takes them both in.
Charlie is arguably as odd as her brother: a tomboy with a fondness for all things weird and creepy. Her best friend is Tedward, her childhood teddy bear.

Damien
Damien is the middle sibling, and is very, very ill. He suffers with, among other things, obsessive-compulsive disorder and schizophrenia. In spite of his problems, Damien is a very sweet person, and often feels guilty that his family have to take care of him.
Damien is also a member of an experimental rock band, along with his friends Jake, CJ, and Danny. He often wears a smiley face T shirt that mimics his facial expressions, and talks to him when no one else is around.

Jon
The eldest and seemingly "normal one", Jon took his long lost siblings into his home after being reunited with them in his mid twenties. He has an on-off relationship with a girl named Leanne, and despite her poor treatment of him, believes that she is the love of his life.
His best friend is Mouse Man, the amiable zombie who lives next door.
